The workflow automation we delivered:
We built a Bubble.io client portal and connected a Google Sheet to Bubble’s database using the workflow automation tool N8N, allowing synchronisation from the Google Sheet to the client portal. Whenever our clients update data in their Google Sheet, the changes are synced to their Bubble client portal within 60 seconds.Here’s how it works:
1. Google Sheets Integration: We set up a Google Sheet as the central hub for data updates. The Google Sheet was connected to our existing workflow system, ensuring that any changes made by clients would trigger an automatic update in their Bubble client portal.
2. Bubble.io Client Portal: We created a user-friendly client portal using Bubble.io, which displays the data from the connected Google Sheet. The Bubble client portal is secure and easy to navigate, providing all necessary features for managing data.
3. N8N Workflow Automation: We utilised N8N as our workflow automation tool to bridge the gap between the Google Sheet and Bubble client portal. An N8N workflow was set up to detect any changes in the Google Sheet and trigger an update in the Bubble client portal. Within 60 seconds, the updated data from the Google Sheet is synced to the Bubble client portal.
