We developed a comprehensive automation solution built on a modular framework that streamlines the creation of SEO content briefs, saving our clients valuable time and increasing their team’s productivity.

Here’s how it works:

1. Google Sheets Integration: We created a custom-built Google Sheets template that our client can update with all relevant brief details, including article title, keywords, length, headings, paragraph counts, etc.
2. N8N Workflow Automation: An N8N workflow processes the data from Google Sheets and generates a template for the SEO content brief.
3. OpenAI AI Writing API: The N8N workflow integrates with OpenAI’s AI writing API, utilising its advanced language generation capabilities to produce high-quality article briefs based on the data specified in Google Sheets.
4. Natural Language Processing (NLP) for Prompt Generation: For each section of the article, a prompt is generated using NLP techniques, including introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion.
5. Content Brief Delivery and Slack NotificationThe completed SEO content brief is sent to the client’s Slack channel for review and approval.
