The workflow automation we delivered:
We seamlessly integrated Circle.so, HubSpot and Slack to create an automated workflow that streamlines the onboarding process for new Circle.so community members.This solution utilises the N8N workflow automation tool as the central hub connecting the client’s Slack channel and HubSpot account.
Here’s how it works:
1. Circle.so Integration: We established a connection between N8N and Circle.so, enabling N8N to receive notifications when new members join our client’s community.
2. HubSpot Deal Pipeline Update: A second connection was set up in N8N that links to our client’s HubSpot account, allowing the client to update the corresponding deal pipeline card for the new member.
3. Slack Notification: Upon receiving the notification from Circle.so, N8N triggers an action to send a message to the client’s designated Slack channel, informing their team of the new member's arrival. The message includes buttons to access the Circle.so user profile and the HubSpot user profile.
4. Workflow Activation: The notification from Circle.so also triggers an action to start a pre-configured workflow in HubSpot, specifically designed to automate tasks associated with onboarding new members.
